Typhoon Vehicle Wash System

The "Typhoon" wheel and underbody wash is designed to clean the wheels and chassis of any vehicle up to 2.5m width, and of any length. The Typhoon caters for all vehicles from small sedans up to the longest road train.

The Typhoon uses a combination of high volumes of water and high-impact jets to maximise the cleaning effect. Waste material washed from each vehicle is flushed into the centre drain by the hydraulic design of the wash pad. The waste then flows out to a water treatment system - either an existing system, or our custom designed system.

The Typhoon consists of wheel sprays, chassis spray, spray containment shields, and a pump house containing wash control cabinet, control valves, and pump. A 22kl heavy duty poly header tank is also supplied.

The Typhoon can handle traffic flows up to 60 vehicles per hour and is fully automated, requiring no driver activation beyond entering the wash area. A traffic control light can be added as an option.

All wash parts are static and require minimal maintenance. Pumps and valves are the only moving components.

The Typhoon is designed by Truck Cleaning Systems Pty Ltd and built in Australia to Australian Standards, using the maximum of locally sourced components, to suit industrial applications where a light vehicle wash will not do the job. Pricing for overseas production and installation is available.
